Korean game developer Itoxi and Singapore-based game publisher Glohow have officially partnered to co-publish the highly anticipated massively multiplayer online role-playing game MMORPG “Rasalas” in global markets, promising an exciting new chapter in the gaming world.
The initial rollout will focus on Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, with plans for further expansion. The collaboration aims to introduce the game to a broader audience while ensuring a localized and seamless experience.
“Rasalas” promises to redefine the MMORPG genre, offering players large-scale, immersive battles across expansive battlefields. The game emphasizes strategic team-based gameplay while bringing back the feel of classic MMORPGs from the genre’s golden age. With its zero-burden approach, players can dive into action-packed gameplay without the complexities of many modern games.
Founded in 1997, Itoxi is known for pioneering the MMORPG industry, having developed Korea’s first 3D MMORPG, “Priston Tale,” and the popular online dance battle game “Audition.” Itoxi has expanded its reach beyond Korea into markets such as China and Vietnam, thanks to its self-developed content creator platform, inFlinker.
Glohow’s Expertise in Global Publishing
Glohow, established in 2016 and now a subsidiary of Kakao Games, is a leading force in global game publishing. The company provides end-to-end solutions, including strategic planning, marketing, PR, project management, LiveOps, localization, and customer service.

The initial release of Rasalas is scheduled for late 2024 on both Google Play and the Apple App Store. Pre-registration campaigns will launch soon, allowing players to gain early access and exclusive in-game rewards.
